At CHASE Energy Drink, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable experience.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of consumable products, energy drinks cannot be returned once opened or consumed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Damaged cans during delivery

• Incorrect product delivered

• Manufacturing defect

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Send images/videos of the issue

3. Include your order ID

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Opened or consumed cans

• Change of mind

• Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
